Notary in Badung, Bali Files Judicial Review of Attorney General's Office Law

According to Singgih Tomi Gumilang, the judicial review of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Law was initiated after the Gianyar Public Prosecutor filed a case review on December 26, 2022, with cover letter number: TAR-3385/N.1.15/Eku.2/12/2022 signed by Gianyar District Attorney, Ni Wayan Sinaryati.

“Therefore, our client requests the Constitutional Court judges to review Article 30C Letter h and the Explanation of Article 30C Letter h of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Law,” he said.

Article 30C letter h and the Explanation of Article 30C letter h of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office Law stipulate the duties and authorities of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to file for a case review (PK).
